Patient Stories
Kind Words from Our Community
"I scheduled a complementary consultation so I could meet Mel and see if it was a good fit. Immediately, I knew that Mel would be able to help me reach my goals and reconnect with my body. She was knowledgeable, kind and did a good job explaining How to do the exercises. I appreciated the follow up email after every session. She gave me a great foundation to continue building and growing stronger. Highly recommend (especially those C-section ladies like myself)."

"Melissa is so incredible! Going in feeling nervous and ashamed, left feeling confident and hopeful. A million stars!!"
— Veronica S.
"Mel is a sensational occupational therapist. I received care from her to address bladder pain and she treated every issue that I brought to her as part of my holistic plan. She very much treated the person - not the symptoms. In addition to a very thorough and cohesive care plan, Mel met me where I was every time that I went to therapy with her. If i was not up for any challenging exercises, we modified them. If I was feeling great, we made plans on how to incororpate my favorite exercises. Pelvic floor therapy can be uncomfortable physically and emotionally, but Mel is a very empathetic caregiver and focuses on consent based care. I left pelvic floor therapy with much less bladder pain and a plan on how to continue to strengthen those muscles written down and oragnized in a way that I can easily refer back to them!"

Our Values
Connection
Connection means you don’t have to navigate pelvic health alone. We build a steady, trusting relationship where you can share openly, feel seen, and move through care at a pace that feels right. Together, we connect body, mind, and daily life so your therapy feels meaningful, supportive, and rooted in your real-world needs.
Intention
Intention means every part of your pelvic health care has a clear purpose that centers you. We explain why we recommend each step, invite your input, and adjust based on your comfort and goals. By moving with care and clarity, we help you build body awareness, confidence, and long-term tools you can carry beyond the therapy room.
